Waking to the Light

- ·Rest your hand on the heart. It knows. It has always known.
- ·Breathe slowly into the chest, as if breathing light into a quiet room.
- ·Let a soft golden warmth begin to glow somewhere inside you.
- ·Whisper — not with urgency, with tenderness: "I do not need to prove today. I choose to remember."
