When you register for the free 7-Day Return to Your Inner Light or subscribe to Notes of Light, we collect your first name, email address, the date of your registration, and the fact that you gave consent.

Why we collect it

We use this information only to send you the messages you asked to receive — the seven daily reflections of the journey and, from time to time, quiet Notes of Light. We do not use it for anything else.

How it is stored

Your information is stored securely in our database and with the email service that delivers your messages. Access is limited to the people directly responsible for running The Book of Light.

We do not sell your data

Your email address is never sold, rented or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Unsubscribe at any time

Every email includes an unsubscribe link. When you unsubscribe, we stop sending you messages. You may also write to us to request that your data be removed entirely.

Cookies and analytics

The site may use privacy-respecting analytics to understand how pages are used in aggregate. No personal profiles are built and no data is sold.
